Coastal Business SUPPORT — Full Length
Monthly retainer support  ·  Australia's East Coast

Brilliant at
what you do.
Buried in
everything else.

You built something real. But somewhere between the client work, the inbox, the admin, and everything else that keeps appearing, the load stopped being manageable. CBS takes it off your desk.

“Nine to five sorted. The rest is yours.”
Adrienne Smith, Founder of Coastal Business SUPPORT
01
Not a VA
CBS is a Business Support Practice. The difference is seniority, judgement, and the capacity to hold the operational engine while you drive.
02
Monthly Retainer
No ad hoc rates. No hourly clock-watching. A consistent arrangement scoped to what you actually need, month to month.
03
Genuinely Handled
Not shuffled to tomorrow. The work gets done, the inbox stays clear, and you stop spending Sunday thinking about Monday.

Built for a specific kind of business owner.

It’s not a capacity problem. It’s a structural one. CBS is right for you if any of this sounds familiar.

CBS is right for you if
  • You’re running an established business and your time is your most valuable and most wasted asset
  • You’ve tried administrative help before and spent more time managing the person than the work
  • You need someone who operates at your level, not someone you need to train from scratch
  • You want consistency, not a revolving door, a support partner who knows your business and stays

Three tiers.
One aim.

Every arrangement begins with a discovery call. Retainers run monthly, with flexibility to move between tiers as your business changes.

Essential Support
The day-to-day, handled with care.
  • Inbox management and triage
  • Calendar and scheduling
  • Document management
  • Correspondence drafting
  • Day-to-day administrative support
Business Support Partner
Full operational command. Senior-level, end to end.
  • Everything in Growth Partner
  • Executive-level correspondence
  • Full recruitment service
  • Strategic operational foundations
  • Complete business infrastructure support

Simple. Intentional.

1
Discovery Call
Tell CBS where you’re at, what’s overwhelming you, and what good looks like for you. The right questions get asked and you’ll get an honest answer on whether CBS is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
2
Scope and Agree
CBS scopes the retainer to your actual needs. You receive a Service Agreement and Ways of Working Guide before anything begins. Both parties know exactly what is agreed before work starts.
3
Handover
CBS gets into your world quickly. Systems, processes, preferences, priorities. The way you work gets learned and adapted to, not the other way around. Most clients feel the difference within the first few weeks.
4
Ongoing Support
Consistent, proactive support that evolves as your business does. Not just responding to what comes in, but anticipating what’s next and making sure nothing falls through.
Adrienne Smith, Founder of Coastal Business SUPPORT

Someone who’s
been inside it.

CBS exists because Adrienne knows what it feels like to be the everything in a business. The tired that sleep doesn’t fix. The mind that’s always running, always problem-solving, always on.

That understanding, built across 20 years in senior operational roles, is what makes CBS different from any other support arrangement you might have tried. This isn’t task completion. It’s someone capable sitting alongside you who genuinely handles the load.

Based in Port Macquarie  ·  Serving Australia’s East Coast  ·  Monday to Thursday

Common questions.

Is CBS based in Port Macquarie? Can you work with businesses elsewhere on the East Coast?
CBS is based in Port Macquarie, NSW, and works with business owners across Australia’s East Coast. The majority of support is delivered remotely, which means geography rarely gets in the way of a great working relationship.
What makes CBS different from hiring a VA?
A virtual assistant typically handles specific task-based requests. You assign work, they complete it. CBS works differently. We learn your business, work proactively, and make decisions within agreed parameters without needing to be directed at every step. The difference is between someone who waits to be told and someone who already knows what needs doing.
What does onboarding look like?
After your Discovery Call, CBS moves into a structured onboarding process. Your systems, preferences, key relationships, and priorities are documented. Most clients are operating smoothly within the first two to three weeks.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
CBS engagements are retainer-based. Minimum terms are outlined in your Service Agreement and discussed openly during the Discovery Call. The engagement should work well for both parties from the start.
Can I change my tier as my needs evolve?
Yes. Your support needs will likely change as your business does. Tier changes can be discussed at any time. Raise it directly and we’ll work out what makes sense.
